Sales Appointment Tracking System - Designed for use by field sales teams, this easy to use Access Database allows for users to perform a series of tasks, including:

  • Ability to have a Cold Call Database - if you work in a particular industry, and have a list of addresses / companies, you can store these and make cold calls to arrange appointments in a specific town, by postcode area, or even just by type of contact.

Claims Management System - This is a heavily customized MASSIVE Access Database that heavily relies on Automation to carry out a lot of tasks that was developed for one of my bigger clients.

  • Fully Integrated Document Management System - view ANY document, sent or received, directly within the application.  No more need for Paper Filing (3rd party add-on required), the system will create electronic copies of all documentation produced (updates, invoices, letters, claim notes, and much more) and store everything in an easy to use system.
